Return policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it and must not have been purchased on sale. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of merchandise are exempt from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
To make your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are issued (if any)
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. It often takes a while for a refund to be posted.

Items on sale (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at contact@mustvalley.com.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the originator had the order shipped to you later, we will send a refund to the originator and they will inquire about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you must send us a mail in the contact section.

You will have to pay your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.

The time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
